Question / Help 10 FPS at recording Minecraft

Hello Open Broadcaster Community,

I want to record Minecraft for my Youtube Channel with Open Broadcaster, but it doesn't work. I just have 10 FPS (or less) at recording this game. What for options i have to set, that I can play Minecraft with 60-100 FPS?

Information from my PC:
PC's Name: ASUS Notebook K61IC/K70IC Series
Class: 4,8
processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2,10 GHz
RAM: 4,00 GB
Systemtype: 64 Bit

Please help me I want to make Minecraft Let's Plays, so many as I can.

Your CPU is really bad, I suggest getting a better system.
