Maybe I am missing something, but the Webcam is global across all scenes. I am trying to apply two different filters and not have it be global, do I really need to switch back to OBS classic for this?
In each scene use the webcam by creating a "new" in the second.
Just do not select previous webcam and you will have "2" webcams, each one can have different filters.
Create 2 scenes, add the webcam to both of them (use add existing). Add both of those scenes as sources to another scene, Now you can add filters to the sources you just added independently.
