Question / Help 1 Frame per 5 seconds? But It's not lagging while recording

So I just updated to windows 10, it's all normal when I still on Windows 8.1.. but now I can't even record low end pc games!
The recorded video is laggy and it's like 1 frame per 5-10 seconds... idk why it's happening. please help

PC Specs:
FX 6300
8GB RAM
R9 380

Make sure game mode is off.

Post a log that includes a complete recording session (this one is just an application startup log).

Log also does not contain an output session.

EDIT: My bad, I did not notice the earlier sessions.

It does contain 2 finished output sessions (logs with AMD VCE encoder entries are a bit confusing), but there is no indication of some overload that may lead into a slideshow-like video. According to the log, you created perfect 60-fps videos.

Check your media player. Try vlc or Media Player Classic instead of the Windows internal one.
