Question / Help 1.5 upload OBS settings?

I need help with my OBS settings. I have about 15 down and 1.5 up and want to use twitch. I would like to use monitor capture but wasn't sure if that slows it down more or not. My computer is a six core, 16Gb ddr3, SSD, 2gb high end GPU, etc. I would like to run my Teamspeak along with the stream too. I will be playing mainly league of legends, chivalry, dungeon defenders and maybe some others.

Monitor Capture gives the poorest performance, generally speaking anyway. There is really very little reason to use it while capturing a game. For LoL you could go with a 2 scene setup instead, one for its main window and one for its game window. And switch between the 2 scenes with a scene switcher (there's one in the Work in Progress section).

Regarding your upload speed -- run an upload test over at testmy.net. Be sure to pick a server near to the server you would be streaming to (obviously close to you). To get a realistic idea of what you can stream to Twitch at.
