Question / Help 0xC0000022 error when starting OBS as standard user (Win 8.1)

Hi everybody,

I'm new here and doing my first steps with broadcasting.

I installed OBS 0.651 beta under Win 8.1.
Things run pretty fine when I work as Administrator. But as soon as I try to start it as standard user I get a 0xC0000022 error.

The link looks properly, the rights for system dll's are given for the standard user (other applications run well).

My hope is that someone here can give me a hint at which point to start to search. I don't have log files - where to obtain them from?

make sure that users have permissions in %appdata%\OBS folder, program files\OBS and program files (x86)\OBS folders.There might be some registry entries I'm not aware of but if you have to run as a user, the above will need to be changed at a minimum.
