Question / Help 0kb/s, used to get 2000kb/s +

A week ago I was streaming on the same settings I am now, and was getting 0 dropped frames and well over 2000kb/s in the green zone.

Now today I tried streaming with the same exact settings and same exact game and am getting 0kb/s no matter what I've tried.

What is the issue?

edit: also going to add, i have a 50mbps download speed and 35mbps upload speed (just tested)

Try to change twitch servers... twitch is derping it up this weekend with IEM going on.
