Question / Help 0kb/s reconnecting every 30 seconds

So I start streaming and it will show that is it streaming at 0kb/s in the bottom right hand corner. Then after 30 seconds it will show Reconnecting...10...9....8 and then it will reconnect but it will still actually still have the 0kb/s in the bottom...

When was the last time you reset your stream key and entered the new one into OBS?

The log says you're overdue for doing so.
