Question / Help 0kb in games

Hello , recently i buy a new graphics card (1030gt and now i see he dont have an option on obs ) i make settings ,all good and when i start live he are 4000/4000 kb all ok stream no lagg and no blocking but when i enter in a game(league of legends ) 0kb/4000 but i have 200 fps in game and my network connection is ok .20-40 on ookla net test . I test any bitrate i try all low setting ,nothing please i need help , i want live on twtich but i try to rec and same problem.

Use TwitchTest. SpeedTest results aren't relevant.

Post a log that contains a streaming session-- Open the app, start streaming, wait until you observe your problem, stop streaming, then upload the log. The above log is app startup only-- there's no streaming attempt in it.

You also probably want to cap your in-game framerate, as your game will use up all GPU resources if you let it, leaving not enough for OBS.

Windows Version: 10.0 Build 15063

You may also want to update Windows to the latest, as this build is out of date and was released in April 2017.

Whatever you do, DON'T update only to 17134.799 from April 2018 as that build includes features that can make OBS perform poorly in some circumstances. You want 17763.529 or newer, Nov 2018-May 2019.
