Bug Report 0 kb/s When using Game Capture.

Tried Changing servers.
Tried lowering bit rate.
I don't use wireless.
Disabled firewall.
Router is fine.

It's not a connection issue because I stream fine with display capture but I need game capture to work because it makes me have low FPS in-game.

Suggestions? Also OBS classic's game capture does not work.
 
I said that in the first post. I don't get any crash log, it goes to 0kb/s and then OBS studio is unresponsive.
