0 kb/s after 1-2 hours always for over a week

Hi! I've been looking for this problem everywhere and couldn't find it.
Every time I stream, after 1 or 2 hours of stream I hit 0 kb/s and OBS doesn't even let me finish the stream manually if I press "stop streaming", it takes a bit long to end it. Sometimes if I wait like 2 mins, it comes back, but without sound.

I tried everything, even deleting sources, changing the internet connection etc... If somebody knows how to read these logs, it would be really helpful, thanks!

on brief look at log
19:51:55.952: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz - old, underpowered CPU for real-time video encoding
19:51:55.952: Windows Version: 10.0 Build 18363 (release: 1909; revision: 1379; 64-bit) - outdated
19:51:55.952: Running as administrator: false - you are likely having hardware resource contention issues, so running as Admin to keep OBS stable may be required
19:51:55.952: Game DVR: On - why is this on?

60 fps? back that off to 30fps and focus on a stable stream, then with optimization you might be able to increase framerate
I often see people posting issues with streamelements plugin - as @Harold wrote
The streamelements plugin replaces core components of obs, and literally vomits all over your logs, making them unreadable. as for your connection issue ]

then you have audio at 2 different sampling rates - fix that. You shoudl test the CPU impact of those audio effects and back them off (disable/remove) if your current system can't handle it
Are you using NDI?
are your trying to do chroma keying on this system?
then your log is full of
20:19:16.327: obs-browser[1]: CONSOLE: WebSocket connection to 'wss://lilz.frankerfacez.com/' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT (source: https://cdn.frankerfacez.com/static/avalon.e9943a83a58438d1b46c.js:2)

Thanks for the answer!
I'mstreaming using NVENC since the CPU wasn't good enough, and I've been streaming well for over a year. This last week is when everything started to happen, and maybe it's because a windows update or because I added some weird sources I've been testing around...

- Windows update; so going to windows update would solve that? or I need to access somethins special?
- Running as administrator: That's true, I never ran OBS as administrator, and since I changed some stuff, I might need that as well!
- Game DVR: I don't know what is that, I'll look for it
- Audio: I'm gonna look into that as well, that's weird!
- Chroma: I don't use chroma right now
- These errors: I have no clue about these errors, seems weird

Thanks a lot for the help! I'll check everything

it happened again even after updating and everything :/ I don't know what causes this packet loss and 0 kb/s always between 1 and 2hr of stream...
I tested the stream on test mode for over 12h with 0 errors. It seems to happen onli when I stream to twitch
