I hope it's nothing too serious and that can be helped with but just a few mouse clicks though I have no idea where to start.

Are you overclocking at all? Have you tried a memory test? That crash looks like complete stack corruption or some kind of malware. The .dmp file might help.

Thank you Rich!
Yes I do overclock my cpu (nothing serious though) but my ram is underclocked with tighter timings. Taking your advice, i've booted up a Memtest86 cd and it passed with no errors.
Malware perhaps? I"ll run a check here soon. In the meantime, here's my log:

Digging through the dump file, it seems OBS is crashing during audio encoding which should never really happen if things are working properly. Just to verify your overclock is stable, please try LinX - http://obsproject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=5361 as OBS can often trigger otherwise undetected faults due to the high amount of CPU and GPU stress.

Thanks Rich! That helps me out a bit!
As after the update to version 0.571b, OBS gave me the message in "Settings -> Broadcast Settigs" that the Audio Encoding Bitrate was not correct for Twitch/Justin. I always used 320 before, but the message stated to lower it to 160... it was only then that the crashes started. Hmm... could that have something to do with it?

I'll defonately do a Linx run today to test the stability of my machine just to be sure :)
