Bug Report 0.48.003 Webcam going out of sync

Hey there,

So my webcam goes out of sync (by ~2/3 seconds) when I leave full screen mode and go back into the application I was into (a game).
I'm mentionned that this afternoon after using the local output feature.

I hope this can be fixed because it happens sometimes.
