Bug Report 0.14.1 Quicksync Issue

So I have been streaming with quicksync for quite a while now. I love it.

Since this last update, when I select scale to 1280x720 in the streaming menu, it doesnt scale the WHOLE screen, rather is scales by only showing a portion of the screen

It should be showing my whole screen like it did here when I switched to x264

is there anything on my end that is making this happen?

Looks a lot like you changed your base resolution instead of the scaled resolution and didn't resize/reposition your sources.

Thus is false. I didn't touch my base resolution. Tell me why it is normal when I change to h.264 and when I choose quicksync it crops it weird? That is the only setting I'm messing with.

This appears to be a QSV bug when scaling in Settings > Output instead of Settings > Video. Use the latter if possible.

Yes, after I realized that "the streaming menu" meant Settings > Output it was easy to test and verify. I've let Jim know and he'll look into it. Please use the downscaling options in Settings > Video for now instead, or use x264 for your stream (your 4770K is certainly capable and it will look better anyway).
