0.1% encoding and overload issues.....

no matter what solutions i try this keeps popping up in the log as soon as i try to record on my ps5. I can assue you obs is the only application running. ive tried everything i seriously dont know what to do ive done all the analyzer tips and had to roll back obs and my drivers because of high gpu usage. i used task manager and obs is the only thing using gpu. im lost please help

when this is happening my audio gets delayed and the whole thing is off sync causing it to be unusable....
