Windows 11 24H2へ更新したりしましたか？
Avermedia公式が情報をポストしていますが、Windows 11 24H2環境ではOBSの動作に問題が発生するようです。
・可能であれば、Windows 11 23H2に戻す。
・戻せない場合は、AVerMedia Engineをアンインストール。
・それでも解決しない場合は、PCからキャプチャデバイスを取り外してみる。

Currently, there are many issues related to OBS and capture devices on Windows 11 24H2, and reverting to 23H2 is considered the best solution.
