「ブー」という謎の音、、、

使っているのはWindowsです。
「OBS Studio」や、「ezcap Link」を使っていると少し時間が経ったころに必ず「ブー」という音が1～2秒ほど鳴り、固まってしまいます。鳴り終わるとOBS studioやPCの動作が重くなてしまい、再起動すると一時的に治るのですが、使っているうちに同じ現象が起こります。どうすればよいでしょう。

I'm using Windows.

When using "OBS Studio" or "ezcap Link," after a while, I always hear a "buzzing" sound for about 1-2 seconds and the computer freezes. After the sound stops, OBS Studio and my PC become slow. Restarting the computer temporarily fixes the problem, but the same issue occurs again as I continue using the computer. What should I do?
