This camera makes 1080p30 or 720p60, as far as i know.
Why do you think its 4K?
Maybe in still picture mode, but not in video feed by usb.
If you're gaming and need the cam as PIP (picture-in-picture) you never need 4k. It even slows down your gaming by eating usb resources.

Then you should use external software for this. OBS opens a video device, so in stream mode. Not taking single pictures as this makes no sense for a livestreaming of video content.
