Maybe you have new log-file?
The lobby window should be captured with the 'Window Capture' while the game window with the 'Game Capture', so at least the game capture should work fine for you.
Any third-party security software (antivirus) running? If so, make sure that OBS Studio folder is in the trust list.

Захват игры происходит только тогда когда я открываю окно на весь экран. В остальных случаях чёрный экран. В буквальном смысле я показываю OBS что вот игра открыв её. После альтаба я вижу что OBS её захватывает.. антивируса нету. Лог не новый. Возможно в настройках Nvidia нужноу покопаться. Помогите проблема не решилась.

Please, post log-file where you specified the right .exe file to capture. Because the "LeagueClientUx.exe" is not the process that renders the game (there is nothing to capture in it).
If you what to capture application in window (not fullscreen) - try other options in the 'Game Capture' source properties.
