wont open

Experiencing a crash on startup with OBS after updating OBS and updating my elgato stream deck plugin. I run obs in portable mode and when through the guide to update my plugin properly and now it crashes on start up. Looking for suggestions on how to tackle this or what I might be missing.

A few days ago I tried to load up obs and I would just get the blue circle loading icon and it wouldn't show up in my task manager either, a few days later I tried to reinstall and even after reinstall it still wouldn't open. I also tried to open as administrator.

I used OBS once, when I went to stream again and opened it, only the chat configuration opens. It doesn't show up in the taskbar and only in the task manager.

I click on the program, the mouse loads for a second, and then nothing happens. I've downloaded the latest version, and I've reinstalled it many times. I'm on Windows 10 if that helps. Does anyone know what's going on? I have literally no clue what to do.
