started randomly

So when I am streaming I notice randomly my game will tab out no matter what I do it also opens up my taskbar when it does it, I notice it more when I use to display or window capture than game capture, I use game capture on most of my games, but Display and window capture are sadly the only way...

OBS randomly starts recording or streaming when I haven't clicked a preset button or anything like that. I was just watching youtube, to then look to my other screen to see that OBS was streaming and recording. This isn't the first time it has happend.
