Hi. I just got OBS working for the first time. I have a Magewell USB Capture device. I tried a few sample captures, but I'm not happy with the video quality. Can I use OBS to capture in Motion JPEG (MJPEG) format?

When I set the video format to MJPEG I get a really bad flick, regardless of the resolution or the FPS set. I can seem to get this figured out. can anyone please give me ideas? EDIT: This is regarding a USB camera, it flickers like crazy in preview and in the stream.
