h264 encoder overload

something wrong with amd hw 264 in standard section please fix it in standard section 1080p use 70% video codec usage in custom ffmpeg section i use same setting like in standard so i put quality in option in video encodier setting box and only use 40% video codec usage please fix it OBS guru...

just like title i dont know what happen so this day i install nvidia in as second gpu (my old gpu) 1060 , so i try recording with all encoder quicksync nvenc and amd hw, when try amd hw h264 its very stutter laggy and gpu usage is 100% , BEFORE install nvidia (yesterday) i think its okay nothing...

so I try to record with AVC but it's overloaded and lag very hard and I don't know how to fix it so I use HEVC instead and it's works perfectly fine at 1080p60 but now I want to live stream but the encoder doesn't have HEVC option HEVC H.265 (VBR 10000kbps Quality)...

Stream crashes while using Amd's encoder on obs 30-60 minutes into the stream whereas while using x264 I haven't faced any problems with the encoder overloading. But while using H264 even if i follow the prescribed procedures to reduce output res and frame values it still crashes while streaming...
