file not found

I just finished recording a video that was about 90 minutes long and hit the Stop Recording button and everything seemed fine. There just isn't a video file in the output folder. There's nothing there. I checked the log file and I can see the recording start and end but I don't know anything...

Right now I'm using OBS through StreamElements, and for some reason when I try to add a Media Source, it can't find any of my files. Even if I copy them from my files to the popup, it doens't let me open them and says it can't find the file. Help? Trying to get this to work so that I have...
