dull

How come the quality of my output stream is so much worse than the original? Have not done anything particular to the settings. As you can see in the image, it's blurred and dull compared to the original window.

Hello, so basically everytime I record with OBS the final product looks like this: Whilst the monitor shows this: I was struggling to find the solution but didn't succeed, I would greatly appreciate if someone can help me in finding the solution.
