crashing during stream 2 hours

I have OBS crashing Constantly. My internet is stable (hard wired to PC). The stream was Fine for three hours then I had 24 crashes in just under 30 minutes! I restarted my PC after 11 crashes only to get 13 more in 12mins 30sec.

My stream works perfectly fine at the start, but it varies on when it crashes. Sometimes it doesn't happen, but on average its once every 2-3 hours. It will instantly go from green to red on the bottom right, then on the bottom left it will say a disconnection error, and then establishing...
