    Change encoder bitrate parameter from OBS Websocket

    Hello ! I am currently trying to modify the bitrate parameter from OBS Websocket. I managed to change the simple video settings using SetVideoSettings(), but I can't find anywhere in GitHub a function that allows me to change the encoder settings. Can anyone help me out ? Thank you in advance
