cant download

I deleted obs and later wanted to redownload it but It keeps on saying its already running I not that good with pcs but I have looked everwhere and have yet to find obs running anywhere on my pc can someone help me ?

Can anybody help with a link or steer me in the right direction to download obs? I don't see a version comparable with my mac. I downloaded the latest and It wont work. my mac os is Sierra version 10.12.6 Thank you!

So OBS v22 has been out for a bit now, and I can't download the update. It won't auto update, and every time I try and check for updates nothing happens. I need to know if I should just reinstall OBS altogether or find another way. Please help.
