hi i have a problem with obs when i add broswer sources my cpu and gpu load without going live increases by 22/30 percent for no reason

Is there a video conferencing software that allows each user to take an HTTP link of each person's feed? I want to create "Scene"s with live feeds, but I also want the conference to happen on their end (me included).

I have a browser source that used to play mp4 videos but with the new update, it freeze frames the first video frame and plays the sound. I tried refreshing the browser cache, didn't work. Can confirm nothing else changed and that the video does play if I open the URL in my other browser.
