For 2 months my live has been fluctuating the bit rate, I have 100 downloads and 50 uploads, now I've updated the internet and it's getting 80 uploads, they've already changed the router, I've tried to uninstall OBS, I've tried to use streamlabs, do live on multiple platforms and the same error...

I'm trying to stream using OBS but once in awhlie my bitrate drops, goes red and then my frames start to drop as well.
