big delay

Good morning! Okay so I’ve been using Streamlabs for awhile, but recently switched over to obs love with stream elements. The same issues were happening with SLOBS, I am wondering what the best setup for OBS is for Facebook. I know Facebook isn’t a FTL site so the delay is gonna be there...

Hi! When I stream in OBS, the CPU usage is high (60%) and often reaches 100%. When it reaches 100%, it displays that the encoder is overloaded and sometimes the stream is freezing. And it is having a big delay (20s - 40s).
