Reorderable Audio Mixer 1.1.2

Kinda just wanted to get a working/workable version out there

So 32.1 introduced some issues. I am aware. Is it perfect? NO. Workable though. My dev environment was never intended to work on multiple OBS versions that had breaking changes. Wasted too much time trying to get both nice, hence the gap between releases, sorry. I have time to focus on this again. So while I dont want to hammer everyone with constant updates because that's annoying, I would expect at least a meaningful update within the next week-ish. I have to figure out a dev environment that lets me work on both versions or something.

32.1 issues​

• switching orientations requires OBS restart. Yes this sucks. I am working on it.
• the mute button icon broke. the button still works
• visually rough with sources taking up more space vertically than I'd like

pre 32.1​

• vertical mode still looks a bit rough.

- fixed issue where making changes in one scene could affect other scene orders

First release with vertical layout.

- Hiding a source within the mixer (three dots -> hide) removes it's position intentionally. Unhiding all sources moves all previously hidden sources to the bottom. removing pollution of familiar layout

- hiding a source via inactive in the sources menu does preserve it's position. this gets a bit messy when reordering source from below to over top or over top to below of inactive sources obviously. it works, it's just hard to take inactive scenes into account mentally when moving things.

- Positions persist after OBS restart
- moved buttons from off the items to the bottom of the dock, like standard docks
- muted item's meters will appear grey out when OBS starts, as they should
