You also need RivaTuner Statistics Server or any software that uses it (MSI AfterBurner). That's what this plugin uses to show the overlay.
Using RTSS means all the options for colors, shortcuts, etc, can be changed through the RTSS software itself, even per app. It also means all of RTSS limitations are present too (no UWP compatibility, like Forza Horizon 3).
Instructions
Copy all the files inside the zip file to C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\obs-plugins\32bit or 64bit folder, depending on which version you downloaded.
