Large update with several bug fixes, code cleanup, updates, and other minor feature tweaks. Main update is the addition of the stream chat, which will allow each account their own chat channel for folks to talk in while they watch a stream.
Several minor bug fixes/typos fixed (thanks to everyone who has been reporting them!). Updated the readme with (hopefully) more complete install directions and dependency list. Moving away from prepared releases, current master should always be downloaded.
