I have started the migration of this browser source to a plugin based for OBS Studio where you will be able to manage countdown timers directly in OBS studio from a clean dock

- Added 400 more fonts to the font picker list

• Removed the unused randomizer feature to simplify the codebase.
• Improved time calculation logic: now days are distributed only into the visible units (years → months → weeks → days), and hidden units (hours/minutes) are correctly folded into the next visible bucket.

I’ve been actively reading your feedback! It looks like the auto ads on the configurators were unintentionally active and were hurting the user experience. Those ads have now been removed.

If you're still seeing any ads other than the small one below the countdown, try clearing your cache and cookies , that should fix it. Let me know if anything else pops up!

Hey everyone! Just a quick heads-up to get you ready for an exciting major update to OBS Countdown. Here’s what’s coming your way

The configuration form got a complete makeover – easier, cleaner, better!
The OBS window issue is fixed – no more annoying Google CMP dialogs!
The main website has been fully restyled for a fresh new look!
Added an Env toggler to easily preview light/dark countdown styles
Randomizer creation is now built right into the configurator – no more page switching!
The configuration menu is now regrouped and more organized
You can now toggle years, weeks, days, and months – customize your countdowns even more!
Say hi to OBI AI, your new assistant! Ask for any event or holiday, and it’ll tell you the exact date and create a countdown for you automatically!

What’s Going Away:

❌ The Random Quote System is being discontinued (we couldn't keep up with the costs )
❌ The YouTube Live Likes counter is also being discontinued for the same reason
The Rounds Timer Interval feature has moved to roundstimer.com
☀️ The Weather Widget has found a new home at obsweather.com
