Encoder Region of Interest Editor 1.1.1

Being able to edit the region of interest for encoders can provide massive gains, particularly in low bitrate scenarios. In simple tests, it has increased overall VMAF scores, likely due to not having to constantly rebuild areas that have almost no importance to an actual viewer. Visually it also looked much better.

My quality looks amazing, but unfortunately, I can't stream on Twitch because my bitrate overrides, and my stream crashes after less than 15 min. I have tried high and low settings % and nothing seems to fix the issue with the bitrate.

Absolute awesome plugin, and as mentioned before: caution, if you crank up too high, everything else will look pretty pixelated.

This plugin is great for squeezing extra quality out of your stream where it counts. Be careful, though; you can also easily overtune and ruin the quality of your stream or recording.
