Pretty easy solution. If audio is ahead, then go to Audio Mixer. Then "Advanced Audio Properties." From there, adjust your "Sync Offset" accordingly. This is what worked for me on Mac, however every situation will be a little different.
If video is ahead, then go to your video source. Go to the filters for that source. Add the filter called "render delay." Adjust the delay accordingly.
