Zoom Vs OBS virtual Camera

OBS Studio 30.1.2 (64 bit)
Zoom Version 5.17.11 (34827)
Microsoft Windows 10 Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4291
Logitech 1.3MP C500 webcam

Until this week the Zoom application ran faultlessly with the webcam for Zoom meetings. This week I have only the Zoom virtual background showing, nothing from my webcam
Accessing the options in Zoom shows only the OBS virtual camera
Accessing the option in my Chrome browser shows only the OBS virtual camera
Accessing Windows Device Manager/Sound, video and game controllers shows no camera at all
Downloaded and installed Win10 drivers for the webcam (for the first time ever!) and running the software shows "no webcam detected"

It appears that OBS has removed all other cameras from my Windows system, and will not allow the system to display any camera other than it's own virtual camera.
I have never knowingly used the virtual camera.

Can anyone help me to have a working webcam again please?

In desperation I tried to remove OBS from my system. There is no uninstaller. OBS ses it is installed in an I drive. There is no I drive on my computer. My PC goes to the shop tomorrow. Hoping I do not need a complete rebuild as a result of upgrading to the latest stable version of OBS.
