Question / Help ZOOM to OBS to YouTube Live Stream

So I am trying to host a live stream with 10 comics. I have been testing and altering for hours with no luck. I can not seem to find a direct answer online regarding my issue.

Ok, so I have a zoom pro account, I have had it set up with a conference meeting with others, and have captured that into OBS successfully, and have done a full live stream to YouTube (video was successful). My audio from my source is coming through loud and clear in the YouTube LIVE, however, all the other guests in my zoom are inaudible in the livestream. I am assuming OBS is capturing my mic directly from my computer and not capturing the sound from Zoom.

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Capturing Audio from other sources on a mac is not as straightforward as a PC. You need a program which creates a virtual audio device. There are several out there. Some are free; some are paid. Some of them include SoundFlower, LoopBack and iShowU. Basically, these programs create a virtual device which you use as your output device (in your case for Zoom) and also allow you to use that virtual device as input to OBS. There are various tutorials around showing how to do this. Here is one for iShowU . Here is a video how to for SoundFlower. And here is one for LoopBack.

One other approach I've used successfully is to take the audio output of my mac (in your case it would be the Zoom output ) and feed that, via a mixer into my headset (so you can hear what everyone says) and also back into a USB sound card. Then I used that USB sound card as one of my audio sources in OBS.

Awesome Tangential... so I went with iShowU after doing a little research. I just need the sound capture. So after I installed it I went into OBS and changed the source to iShowU. Now what? I opened up zoom to test and can't quite figure how to now get the sound from Zoom to OBS. Note I am just using my compute mic and headphones.

I haven't used iShowU, but normally I would expect to go into Zoom and set iShowU as my audio output
