Zoom recording only captures presenters voice but not my internal mic

Hi, I am doing zoom sessions with clients and I am able to record the video (screen capture) and their sound but not my own microphone.
I used Apple's Audio Midi setup using BlackHole to capture audio. I somehow need to also capture my built in mic to also include my voice.
Any suggestions or assistance is gratefully appreciated.

Is there a reason adding your mic as an OBS audio source is not suitable?
