Hi there,
Started using OBS yesterday and it was magic out of the box using my existing Logitech HD Pro C920 webcam Streaming, transitions, video sources, all flawless.
However I've tried to use a Zoom Q2n camera this morning, on latest firmware, but it's not showing anything in OBS. When I select the scene with that source in OBS I can see that it's picking up the audio, but just a black screen otherwise. If I record, it only records the audio. The camera remains on "standby" until connected to an app, and responds when OBS is opened as if it thinks it's sending something.
Windows camera shows the webcam fine, as does Facebook live.
Tried two USB cables, different sockets, no difference.
Windows 10 64-bit, OBS 20.0.1. in case that's relevant.
Any suggestions welcome, though as it's only 720p, I might just keep it as a second camera and audio source.
