Question / Help Zoom L-12 LiveTrak can't see my mics

The microphones in my Zoom L-12 LiveTrak are not showing up in the menu when i click Audio Input Capture. Does anyone have any advice?
 
I'm facing the same issue with the L12. Obs doesn't capture the sound coming from the mixer. Have tried following the Ishowu... even that didn't work. I just bought the L12 thinking it'll be a better option for my live stream but looks like I have to go back to my focusrite. let me know if you have a solution. would surely like to knw
 
Has this problem been resolved cause I have the same issue. When I use the Zoom L12 Lightstream nor Zoom apps see the microphone or bass. I have to use a Behringer USB device to get sound out of it. Thats crazy cause with the cost it should read quite easily
