Bug Report Youtube videos wont play ad no desktop audio PLEASE HELP!

Whenever I have the latest version of OBS Multi-platform open on my PC I can not watch youtube videos and I cant hear any desktop audio at all! Please Help! I will attach a video I record on my iPhone!

In case you guys are wondering I just reinstalled it and I have the same problem! I will upload a new log file just in case!

I also get an error in spotify saying "Can`t play the current track." while OBS MP is open!

It also says that it is recording the audio!

I've never seen this before to be honest but I was wondering if it's a Windows configuration problem. Can you share a screen shot of your audio output devices advanced properties? Right click on the little speaker in the notification area bottom right of the task bar, choose Playback Devices and then scroll down until you find your speakers or headset, right click the device choose Properties and then share a screen shot of the advanced tab.
