Question / Help Youtube video transmission delay

Good day.

I'm using the latest OBS and trying to make transmission of a youtube video to our FB page.
The sound is ok but the video has a huge delay.
Any advice ? Thank you.

And where to switch off the automatic change of videos between Scene 1 and 2?
