Question / Help youtube troubles

For some reason my live stream will not show up on youtube . Ive followed all the instructions on set up but when I hit start streaming ... it shows a green bar on the OBS video but nothing on youtube ... am I missing something ?

So, it's connecting, just not showing up on YouTube. Why?
