YouTube Streaming - Streams gets blurry after I move

Hey there guys,

I have had this problem for a while now and I have been struggling with this problem for hours now.
I'm trying to stream in 1080p and even in 720p to YouTube. However, whatever I do, whatever the bitrate is, the stream gets blurry after a few movements.
My internet is good, I have about 25 mbps upload speed which should be good enough to stream with.

Here is a log: https://obsproject.com/logs/Bw4tt-NZjNbE29AK

Here is one of my past livestreams, it gets blurry after like 5 seconds: https://youtu.be/fWkl6GcYcTA?t=7491

I hope any of you guys can help me. I have tried every clickbaity YouTube guide, tried a number of options on forums and from the official Discord server.

Thanks in advance

If you are streaming to Twitch, you cannot exceed 6000kbps or 6mbps per second.

Blurriness may be subjective, but the stream you have provided is not very blurry. However, as with all live streams, you cannot get lossless or very high qualities anyway, due to the fact that some people with bad internet will not be able to watch your stream without buffering and frame skipping.

At the stream I sent, wait until I am done fighting. When I move away it starts getting blurry. I'm not streaming to Twitch. YouTube has a cap of 50.000 for streaming but I won't be able to do that. I will be able to do 10.000 though.

YouTube does not have a cap for 50,000 for streaming via 1080p. The cap for 1080p is 9000kbps. The blurriness at this bitrate is normal; you'd have to deal with this because most streamers have already dealt with this. Livestreams this blurry is not really an issue anyway.
