Question / Help YouTube stream blurs even at 1080p and no scaling.

So I am streaming 1080p @ 30 FPS on to YouTube. The stream does appear to be 1080p however it blurs a little bit, even with Lanzcos scaling, and I'm not downscaling, which commonly causes the blur effect I'm getting. Here is the live stream this log above applies to.

Switch to x264. NVENC makes the stream look terrible in 1080p with a 6000 bitrate.

I'll try this next time I stream. I usually find x264 to cause significant lag in video games which is why I don't usually use it. Thanks.
