Question / Help YouTube Start Streaming problem

I used for a time for streaming and recording the Classic OBS.

I didn't have a problem with it but when I wanted to move to OBS Studio and try to make a Livestream everything it's fine until i press the PREVIEW button.
After I press the PREVIEW button it shows me the START STREAMING button but i can't press it and it looks like it's loading but it never let me press that button.

I have to say when I try to make a Livestream with Classic OBS I have no problem, but with OBS Studio I have this.

*use 64 bit version of OBS not 32 bit*

please upload a log with an attempt to stream in it.

In OBS classic once you start streaming the preview will show up, you can't start the stream if you are previewing but the preview opens up.

I'm not sure what your problem with OBS studio is.
