My ideia is to make a Radio 24/7 Music Live Stream like this one:

But instead of showing a static picture, show the video clip of the song. It could be done adding a "Youtube Playlist" option as Source:
OBS would then download the videos files from youtube, loop and stream on Youtube as a 24/7 Music Video Clip channel.
