Question / Help youtube problem

Hello, can someone help me solve this problem? I want to make high quality videos, i choose the right settings, but when i upload the video on YouTube it becomes pixelated and YouTube downgrades it to 30fps, why? :( I want to have nice quality and i can't because of this thing, how can i solve this? i've left a log file, maybe it can help..

How long after uploading to youtube are you waiting to check on them?
And that log shows no recording attempt.
