YouTube not showing green screen content from virtual cam.

I used Google Chrome and OBS to go live on YouTube. I started the virtual cam and chose OBS virtual cam as my video source for YouTube, but when I went live, it only showed my green screen and not the actual background I virtually had.
Any ideas why this would happen? Everywhere else I use the virtual cam, it works fine.
